Return policy We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, simply return the items you don't want in good condition within 30 days of the invoice date and we will refund your money or exchange the item. All returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee depending on product and condition. Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to our error. Products returned damaged, with missing or damaged packaging, and/or missing parts will result in a reduced credit amount by the actual replacement cost of those items. If products is purchased in new condition and returned in a condition such that it cannot be resold as new ( damaged, scratched, with missing or damaged packaging, and/or missing parts), another 25% refurbishment fee will be applied in addition to the restocking fee. Please call for a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number before returning any item. Use our return form to ensure prompt and accurate handling of your return. No returns will be accepted without an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number issued by Eman Technology or when the product manufactures return policies supersede ours. EmanTechnology.com's 30 day limited warranty against defects, may also apply. EmanTechnology.com's 30 day limited warranty is a defective exchange policy that provides for either repair or replacement (at our sole discretion) of merchandise that has been confirmed as defective by either the manufacture or EmanTechnology.com. Hardware confirmed as defective by the product manufacture or EmanTechnology.com will either be exchanged or repaired at our sole discretion within the first 30 days of ownership only. After 30 days the product manufacture warranty is the only warranty in effect. Terms and conditions may vary by product or manufacture. EmanTechnology.com will assist customers whenever possible in gaining satisfaction with product manufactures. For assistance or to exchange a defective product please call 866-944-3626. WARNING: When you buy a receiver from us, your receiver will be sent to you with the latest software and firmware available at the time when the unit is manufactured. We do not support third-party software, and if used, it will void the manufacturer's warranty. Please note that receiver software is incompatible across various models. If you upload the wrong software and create a problem with the receiver, this will not only void your warranty but may make your receiver inoperable.
