To figure out when your order should arrive, add processing time and travel time, being careful to exclude weekends and holidays.

Estimated Time of Arrival = Processing Time + Travel Time

Processing Time

Processing usually requires 1-2 business days. If a product requires more than 2 business days, it may be noted on the specification page, or the order placement button may show "Back Order".

Travel Time

Travel Time is the amount of time your package will be in transit, and is measured in business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

	Ground (typically 2-5 business days)
	2-Day (typically 2 business days, AK/HI 2-3 business days)
	Overnight or Next Day (typically 1 business day)
	Canada Expedited (typically 4-5 business days)

What if my order contains items with different processing times?
If there are a few items in your order, some of which can be processed in 1 business day and others that require more time, the items will be shipped out separately according to when they are ready. This will not affect your shipping charges.

Checking Order Status
If you have already placed an order, you can check to see if it has shipped (and when), by going to the "Member Center" (via the Customer Service tab).
