We try to keep all products in stock in our warehouse. Order by 4 pm CST and we can usually ship in-stock items the same day. For rush orders, next day shipping is available for orders placed by 3 pm CST. Orders are checked up to 3 times for accuracy. We do not charge additional shipping on backordered items.

Easy Warranty Replacement

If an item you purchased from us fails within the manufacturer's warranty period, you can return it to us and we will replace (or repair) it for free. You pay for shipping to us, we will pay for shipping back to you via UPS Ground. Shipping charges will be applied on all replacements sent to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Canada, and all international countries. If we no longer carry the product you want replaced/repaired, you may have to return it to the manufacturer.
